thoughts from Tommy P. Keane
it’s this vision of like everything in the world turning into ordered cubes of all their elements, filling the space where they existed, the structure being the antithesis of the chaotic but amazing nature of life, motion and energy and emotion, and that the whole universe turns into these ordered, cubed, diced up “perfect” bits of structure, until nothing moves, nothing lives. i also thought maybe it points towards an irony of how much we wish we had structure and order in our lives, how often we try to control everything, and then this unseen unknown force creating all this perfect structure is so terrifying and destructive and brings about the end of everything. something i’ve been thinking about personally as a way to deal with stress and anxiety, cherishing the motion and variation of life and giving up (false) “control”, and such.
but yeah of course; seriously, take your time
